Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mcpmake hosting service (the "Service") operated by mcpmake ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
mcpmake generates and hosts Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers from the API specifications and recordings you provide. We host the generated servers on subdomains of our domain and expose them to MCP clients you authorize.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and verify it before deploying servers. You are responsible for keeping your password and bearer tokens confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) generate servers that target APIs or websites you are not authorized to access; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other tenants, or infrastructure; (d) run cryptocurrency miners, send spam, or distribute malware; (e) exceed or circumvent the resource, request, or rate limits of your plan. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
4. Your content and credentials
You retain ownership of the specifications, recordings, and API credentials you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process and host Your Content solely to provide the Service. API secrets you store are encrypted at rest. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any credentials you provide and for the behavior of the servers you deploy.
5. Plans, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. Usage is never billed beyond your plan's included limits: requests above the limit are declined (unless covered by promotional credits) until your allowance resets or you change plans.
You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, but if you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review the charge in good faith.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may stop idle containers to conserve resources; they restart on the next authorized request.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your servers at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination we may delete your servers and associated data.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
